As members of Corporate Rituals, we want to honour our sources of inspiration.One of them is Daan van Kampenhout (1963). We are honoured that he accepted our invitation to talk with him.

After all, the current circumstances have forced him to interrupt his many planned activities. During this ‘break’ he takes the time to turn inside, preparing himself for a new phase in his life. So this conversation is a unique opportunity to exchange, experience and learn with him!

Daan van Kampenhout studied with traditional shamanic teachers from different cultures and has been giving training in shamanism worldwide for over thirty years. His work is rooted in practice, with great respect for traditions. He wrote a number of books about shamanism and Systemic Ritual – the method he developed, in which he connects constellations and shamanism. Also about the medicine wheel – the wheel of the four directions – he wrote a clear and practice-based workbook. His books have been translated into many languages. Over the years he has not only built up a wealth of knowledge and experience about rituals.

Above all, he is a master in constantly creating and bringing to life useful insights and practices for the here and now. His workmethod – Systemic Rituals – has been his focus in recent years – in this he has given training in Europe and elsewhere. In order to support healing movements across generations, he has managed to give this method a clear simplicity that reaches intense depth.
