Change is a constant part of organisations and teams. To allow for it, a bedding is needed. I like to explore the nourishment and heart of an organisation. What works well, what do you love and where are the strengths?
To use that as a field to start exploring: what do you want less of, what can be stopped, what is possibly a wound? It is important also to name and give a place to the less beautiful things.
We examine the tension between: what does being part of the team cost you? And what is the strength of your individual contribution to the team? Personal growth of people today also belongs in the workplace, not just in private life. Your workplace as a field of development.
We look at order and the right for a place for every member of the organisation. What can be brought from the history of a team or organisation that grows dignity?
IndividuAL coaching
In individual coaching, I work more from the potential and less from the problem. Where can we release and unblock life energy together in an individual session so you can grow and take action, choosing life's direction.
By developing yourself and appropriating maturity, you learn to relate to the complexity of the world. So that you can be more choice-oriented in life, define your boundaries, take conscious engagement and find more meaning in your work, rather than being lived. Development also means bearing loss and being willing to live your life and bear the consequences of your choices.
I enjoy working with people who want to develop a broad view of themselves and the world. Think high potentials, executives and anyone who wants to stand in their own leadership and ownership.

‘After 5 years of annual workshops and constellations, accompanied by individual work with Ria, my life went through massive evolution. From uncertainty if I am doing well in what I may or may not do, today my family is happier, our business works better and I know that my place is leading.
